Support Services
Physical Support
I provide hands-on support such as comforting touch, counter pressure, relaxation techniques, and position ideas.
Emotional Support
I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth by easing the emotional experience of birth and creating a safe space where you and your body can work their best.
Partner Support
My support is not limited to the birthing person. I will encourage the partner to be as involved as they'd like, offering ideas and tips, as well as relief when partner needs a break. Many comfort measures are best when using two support people.
Evidence-Based Information and Advocacy
I am trained to connect families with evidence-based resources so they can ask great questions and make informed decisions about your birth. I serve as your advocate to ensure your voice is heard and you receive the best care possible.
